Key Responsibilities
Delivery Optimization: Apply basic mathematics to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transit costs.
Sales Alignment: Work closely with the internal sales team to understand client priorities.
Customer Coordination: Liaison with customers' stores teams to manage delivery schedules and timelines.
Billing Management: Oversee the accurate creation of bills and customer invoices.
Issue Resolution: Solve real-time transport delays and paperwork discrepancies.
