ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Checks / Prepares Overall Plot Plan, Plant areas, Utility Areas, Piperacks Power, Cable Tray / Trench, Earthing and Lightning Protection , Lighting layouts, Lighting SLDs, Lighting and Small Power DB Schedule.
Carry out Lighting Design Calculations
Prepares Electrical Bulk MTO, Calculates Cable Lengths as input for Cable sizing / Cable Schedule
Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents
Ensures that the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained
Familiar with the Company procedures and relevant standards & codes
Executes the design works within schedule
Carry out 3D Modelling especially in SP3D . 3D modelling in E3D would be added advantage, Resolves' Clash issues,



Coordinates with other disciplines for 3D Modelling and Participates in 3D Model Reviews.
Co-ordinates with other disciplines & resolves the design interface issues related with Layouts
Provides design inputs RELATED TO LAYOUTS during all design phases and ensures availability of required inputs from other disciplines and provides inputs to other disciplines
Actively communicates with other disciplines to optimise areas of interface during the design development, review and check processes Involving Layouts
