Job Description:
Manage return parcels, claim handling, and warehouse claim operations.
Handle RTO, damaged, lost, and misrouted shipment claims.
Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams for claim resolution.
Track and reconcile returned inventory and disputed shipments.
Maintain claim records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of claims and minimize operational losses.
Monitor warehouse return processes and identify operational gaps.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams.
