Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be an IIT graduate or from a premium institution with extensive experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate construction, possessing robust technical, managerial, and coordination skills.

Role & responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and execute civil construction activities for residential, commercial, and township projects.
Review architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise all in office civil works, including structure, finishing, infrastructure, and allied services.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction excellence.
Monitor and control material consumption, vendor performance, and site progress.
Validate contractor bills, work orders, and material reconciliation reports.
Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control through MS Project / Primavera.




Provide technical inputs and value engineering solutions for cost and efficiency optimization.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Coordinate with management for progress reviews, approvals, and project updates.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of RCC, structural design, and real estate construction techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, STAAD Pro, and relevant design/project management tools.
Excellent understanding of local building bye-laws, IS codes, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to deliver high-rise and large-scale real estate projects within schedule and cost.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Analytical thinker with a focus on quality, innovation, and problem-solving.

Preferred Background:
Experience in residential and commercial real estate development.
Exposure to luxury housing, green buildings, or smart city projects is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

BE/ B. Tech From IITs or Premium Institutions
