Description

Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing management of finance systems (FIAT, PeopleSoft, e-A&L; and Concur). This role focuses on ensuring system readiness for hotels, providing user support, coordinating training, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Readiness
Maintain system trackers (FIAT & PeopleSoft Smartsheets) and monitor hotel readiness
Review configuration templates and key reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Track pre-opening progress and support system implementation activities
Training & Communication
Plan and coordinate training schedules and webinars
Host training sessions and support user onboarding
Manage training communications, including invitations and follow-ups
Develop basic training materials and self-learning content (e.g., videos)
System Support & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for hotel enquiries and system-related support
Manage support mailbox and respond to user queries in a timely manner




Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues

Reporting, Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Monitor system adoption and prepare periodic reports
Support FIAT billing and e-A&L; monthly completion tracking
Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Experience
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
3–5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP support, or project coordination
Experience with ERP systems and hospitality operations is an advantage

Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Smartsheet or tracking tools preferred
Ability to create easy training materials and video recordings (Microsoft clip champ)
