Job Description:

General Requirement:

Experience in Domestic and EXIM logistics operations is must.

Preferably should have worked in a transport company.

Minimum Exp. :8 to 10years’ and worked for EXIM freight forwarding, and Inland Logistics

Minimum Qualification: B.Com / M. Com

Have excellent written and verbal communication (English is must)

Well versed with excel.

Valuable coordination and interpersonal skills

Working effectively with little direction.

Roles & responsibilities

Conversant with all relevant commercial laws around EXIM, taxation, GST, Eway bill, Challans, Customs etc

Experience in handling documents related to material dispatch and material inward.

Experience in handling Import/Export documentation. Making of Export Invoices, Packing list

Work closely with Sales, Purchase & Planning for smooth delivery of Logistics services.

Organise any size vehicle for road transport PAN INDIA as and when required.

Process pickup and delivery instruction and receive offer for EXIM and Inland consignment

Liasoning,



Negotiation and finalization of contracts with Sea/Air/Road forwardersfor EXIMand inland transports

Maintaining all Statutory requirements and records as per standard, law and regulations related to logistics.

Suggest on effective cost control measures & techniques in logistics viz. Export incentives and schemes etc.

Coordinate and Organise for dispatch through logistics/transporter/freight forwarder

Coordinate with factory team as per weekly packing plan and ensure timely dispatch as per plan.

Prepare invoice from ERP, attach T.C., Way bill and other required documents

For export dispatch - Prepare Export Invoice & Packing list from ERP

Prepare Certificate of Origin, Fumigation certificate and other standard export documentation

Take approval of accounts team on export documents, including EPCG license details, LUT no, MEIS scheme etc.

Submission of daily MIS to management regarding Dispatches, Collection, SO booked, Inquiries ent
