Job Description:

Position: Civil Manager

Location: Hajipir - Kutch

Experience: 10 -15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Monitor and control project costs and resource utilization
Implement and maintain quality control standards (QA/QC)
Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship quality
Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment
Verify contractor bills and work measurements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders
Resolve site issues and technical challenges
Ensure compliance with local regulations and approvals
Maintain project documentation and records




Support procurement and material planning
Track project risks and implement mitigation plans
Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff
Ensure proper coordination across all project activities

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management tools (MS Project/Primavera)
Excellent project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Positive understanding of quality, safety (HSE), and regulatory compliance
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Civil

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
