Responsibilities and Duties Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining and administering - IT Infrastructure, computer networks and related computing settings, at Head Office and Branch Offices.
Managing and maintaining LAN and Wireless setup at all company offices which includes implementing and maintaining firewall, switching and routing devices.
Implementation and Administration of different Operating Systems - Windows, Ubuntu, Mac Systems.
Document IT Assets at all company offices and ensure they are updated and working.
Responsible for procurement of all IT equipment (Hardware, Software Networking) and getting the successful installation done. Provide technical support to all end users (company employees) with respect to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, audio visual components etc.
Hands on experience in diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of issues with IT systems and infrastructure.
Hands on experience in set-up networks relaying cables & implementing the LAN.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Plan, coordinate,



and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
Windows update, User Groups, IIS, Website hosting, Server monitoring.
Co-ordinate with Internet and Telephony service providers and other IT Infra
Vendors/suppliers, for current integrations & problem resolutions.
Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
Window server 2016, 2019 and latest one.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the
