We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Compensation & Advantages to lead the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards programs for our Hyderabad office. This role ensures compensation and perks practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Job Architecture
Design and implement a comprehensive job architecture framework aligned with business objectives.
Define job families, levels, and titles across functions.
Drive change management and communication for job architecture initiatives.
Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking using market insights.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Global Compensation teams.
Ensure continuous governance and improvement of the framework.
Compensation Strategy & Management
Develop, deploy, and administer fair and competitive compensation programs.
Manage compensation structures including base pay, variable pay, and incentive plans.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
Lead annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
Coordinate with HRBPs to review compensation data and support year-end processes.
Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in partnership with TA and HRBP teams.
Perks Administration
Oversee employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
Recommend enhancements to benefits offerings based on trends and employee needs.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance.
Lead communication initiatives to improve awareness and engagement around benefits.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with all local labor laws.
Maintain audit readiness and required documentation.
Keep updated with legislative changes and assess program impacts.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
