Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to assess, recommend and build technology solutions for
organizational needs.
• Deliver technology solutions, End to End maintenance support.
• To facilitate Digital Transformation projects and knowledge of API Integrations.
• Leading the projects and meeting timelines as per project plans, Devise project plans and monitor progress, Helps
define project scope, goals and deliverables. Accountable for deliverables and deadlines.




• Project Updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress with deviations if any and its solutions,
Highlight Project Risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• UAT management, CR implementations and support Production Support team, Bug and Release management.
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution, offer viable solutions.
• Manage and maintain all necessary project documentation with User Manual Preparation.
• Internal Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
• Facilitate periodic Audit and Compliance.
• Ensure to implement framework that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and server uptime.
• Conceptual understanding on Data Warehousing and BI Tools.
• Recognize opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
• Schedule status calls, monitor, review and report project deliverables status.
• Ensure Organizational IT policies are enforced, adapted and followed.
• Skillset in SQL (MYSQL) query languages, Network and OS.
