Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
n n Manage enterprise loyalty and engagement programs from implementation through ongoing operations.
n Work directly with client stakeholders including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, CRM and Digital teams.
n Conduct requirement gathering meetings and workshops.
n Understand business, operational and technical requirements.
n Translate client discussions into explicit functional documents for Product and Engineering teams.
n Understand configurable SaaS platforms and business workflows.
n Coordinate with Product, Tech, Operations, Analytics and Finance teams.
n Prepare implementation plans, project trackers, MOMs and action lists.
n Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and project execution.
n Drive UAT, testing, issue tracking and production launches.
n Identify prospects to improve processes and recommend better solutions.
n n Experience Required:
n n 5–8 years of relevant experience.
n Experience managing enterprise clients and multiple large implementations.
n Comfortable interacting with senior client stakeholders.
n Able to independently drive large projects and mentor junior team members.
