The ideal candidate is expected to :
Understand business needs, end to end customer experiences when building payment solutions.
Positive understanding of technology especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans & SaaS will be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recommend current processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the Consumer experience.
Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements.




Engage closely with engineering and architecture teams in Agile methodology to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.
Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ Experience of driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with a Product Based company.
Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
Robust depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping & Stellar design instincts.
