n Identify suitable insurers for policy placement.
n Obtain quotes from multiple insurance companies.
n Compare terms, pricing, coverage, and exclusions.
n n 2. Negotiation & Coordination
n n Negotiate premium rates and policy conditions with insurers.
n Coordinate with underwriting teams of insurance companies.
n Ensure timely placement of policies before renewal deadlines.

n n Prepare placement slips and policy documentation.
n Verify policy wording, endorsements, and coverage details.
n Maintain accurate records of quotes, binders, and policies.
n n 4. Client Support
n n Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure proper coverage.
n Provide insurers' quotations and placement recommendations.
n Assist in resolving policy issuance or coverage issues.
n n 5. Market Relationship Management
n n Maintain relationships with insurance companies.
n Stay updated on insurer appetite, products, and pricing trends.
