Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Sr. Architect(Design and Coordination) for a reputed Company in Real Estate Industry for their Mumbai(Borivali) Head Office.

Key Responsibility:
Plan, direct and control the Design and Architectural coordination function, to achieve Company’s vision and project objectives, in a multiple project scenario.
Monitor development of each project to ensure proper incorporation of functional and aesthetic features of land and buildings.
Analyze project requirements – locational, company’s vision and strategy, marketing, financial viability, legal and the time framework.
Mobilize appropriate resources of outsourced Architects and Consultants.
Finalize design briefs, review concepts, design basis reports, create options, evaluate and arrive at the final concept.
Drive, coordinate and control expeditious and accurate design development.
Ensure coordination with the MEPF consultants to finalize details of various services and systems.
Coordinate with the engineering department for specifications and amenity lists. Review and ensure legal compliances,



product features and project budgets.
Coordinate for timely development of conceptual drawings, municipal drawings, tender drawings, Sale Plans and working drawings.
Develop presentation drawings and models as required. Provide drawings, details and specifications within specified schedules of each project.
Set high standards for the quality of Drawings. Ensure excellent detailing and accuracy.
Provide building coordinates for setting out, monitor execution regularly, assist in selection of appropriate materials and validate at sites.
Control and manage design changes due to site conditions and customer modification requests.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post graduate in Architecture from a recognized institute
More than 6 years of relevant experience in real estate residential / commercial high-rises, for multiple projects in western suburbs of Mumbai.
Proficiency in Design-related software applications.
Flair for presentation.
