Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a strong employer brand.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and career development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
