Job Description Role : Instructional Designer
n Exp Range : 6 to 9 years

n n Roles & Responsibilities:
n 1. Develop original content for product websites (preferably learning products), blogs, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital assets.
n 2. Edit, proofread, and revise existing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
n 3. Collaborate with marketing, design, and subject matter experts to align content with strategic objectives and audience needs.
n 4. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy and creation.
n 5. Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
n 6. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
n 7. Maintain a consistent tone, style, and voice across all platforms in accordance with brand standards.
