Job Description Key Responsibilities
n n Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for stainless steel products within the assigned region.
n Manage branch operations, including sales planning, inventory coordination, customer service, and commercial compliance.
n Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to increase market penetration.
n Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial sectors.
n Identify recent business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic projects to drive sustainable growth.
n Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
n Collaborate with supply chain, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
n Lead, mentor,



and develop sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
n Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports for management review.

n Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage P&L; responsibilities.

n Solid analytical, commercial, and strategic planning capabilities.
n n Preferred Background
n n 10–15 years of experience in steel, stainless steel, metals, building materials, or allied industries.
n Experience handling regional sales, branch management, or business development roles.
n Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, OEM, fabrication, EPC, and construction customer segments is preferred.
