Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Surat. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and support the counseling team, and ensure high-quality service delivery to students and families. Typical responsibilities include managing student inquiries, supervising counseling sessions, monitoring application processes, and coordinating with partner institutions and internal departments. The role also involves setting and tracking branch performance targets, developing local outreach initiatives,



resolving escalated concerns, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Branch Manager is expected to foster a collaborative work setting, uphold compliance with company policies, and represent Kiwi Studies in local events and educational fairs.
Solid client-facing and relationship-building skills, including experience handling student or customer inquiries and escalations.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
Experience in education consulting, overseas education, or a related service industry is highly beneficial.
Comfort with basic office software, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, or a related field;
