Experience:
have experience with mobile development platforms (iOS/Objective C, Android/Java, etc.)
have experience creating and integrating API's
Skills:
have comfort with developing and deploying large scalable systems
have awesome coding skills - we mean it :)
have intimate familiarity with design patterns and database management
Education:
A degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a top school is positive to have, but a wonderful project list trumps all:
