We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our agile team in the surgical products sector. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and expanding the customer base within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets for surgical products within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain robust relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
B.Sc / M.Sc
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm
Experience: 1 to 4 years of sales experience in the medical/surgical product sector.
Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Up to ₹27,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
