n Student Performance & Analytics
n n Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels.
n Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans.
n Scout talent:



Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams.
n Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. [1, 2]
n n Coaching & Operations
n n Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles.
n Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage.
n Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments.
n Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. [1]
