n Are you a passionate sales leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams? We're looking for an experienced Team Leader – Inside Sales to join our growing organization.
n Location: Mumbai
n Experience Required:
n 6+ years of experience in B2C/Inside Sales
n Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Manager
n Must have managed a team of 25–30 sales executives
n Robust experience in target-driven sales settings
n Key Responsibilities:
n Lead, coach, and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve revenue targets
n Monitor team performance and drive productivity
n Conduct daily reviews, training sessions,



and performance coaching
n Analyze sales metrics and implement process improvements
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business success
n Preferred Skills:
n Excellent leadership and communication skills
n Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel
n Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
n EdTech/B2C sales background will be an added advantage
