Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, financial goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure smooth client onboarding,



implementation, and ongoing support.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive client retention and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and prospects.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
Track and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.

Requirements:
0 to 6 years of experience in key account management or relevant roles in the finance industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
