Job Description:
Role Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Ingenium online and batch applications across the policy lifecycle
Work hands‑on with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 / SQL in mainframe and distributed settings
Support Ingenium upgrades and Pathfinder initiatives, including impact analysis, remediation, testing, and stabilization
Perform defect analysis, debugging, root‑cause analysis, and production support
Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant solutions aligned with DXC standards
Contribute to knowledge sharing and CoE enablement activities

Required Skills
Strong experience in Ingenium Policy Administration System (online & batch)
Solid life insurance domain knowledge
Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2/SQL, Scripting languages
Exposure to Pathfinder upgrades or Ingenium modernization is an added advantage
