n Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration.
n Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
n Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
n Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
n Ability to create solution design documents and functional specifications.
