Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage the hiring
process for healthcare specialists, particularly doctors (MS, MD, and MBBS). The ideal
candidate should have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent
communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Hiring Doctors:
Source and recruit doctors (MS, MD, MBBS) through job portals, social media platforms,
and other relevant databases.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to fill current and future job
openings.

Candidate Screening:
Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on client and organizational
requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
Client and Candidate Communication:
Liaise with candidate (Doctors) to understand their specific needs and requirement.
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities, candidate
requirements, and compensation packages.

Negotiation:




Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates regarding employment terms and
conditions.
Ensure offers align with both parties' expectations.

Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations
(colleges, hospitals, diagnostic centers) as per their locations and availability.

Follow-Up and Feedback:
Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates and clients to gather feedback post-interview.
Address any concerns or questions raised by either party throughout the recruitment
process.

Final Selection and on boarding:
-Assist in making final decisions on candidate selection for job placements.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the on boarding process for selected
candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related
field (preferred).
