Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Facility Management, and Hospitality Services within a construction or real estate development environment. The role ensures seamless client engagement, high satisfaction, and smooth post-handover services.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Serve as the primary contact between clients and the project team throughout the construction lifecycle.
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Manage client walkthroughs, handovers, and after-sales services.
Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated client data.

Facility & Hospitality Management
Oversee facility operations to ensure uptime, safety, and service quality.
Manage hospitality services during client visits, walkthroughs, or events.
Ensure compliance with brand and service standards across all client touchpoints.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management, preferably in construction or real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Skilled demeanor and client-centric approach.
