Job Responsibilities:
Source and generate leads for business loans through telecalling.
Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
Follow up with leads for documentation and loan processing.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
Maintain and update daily call reports and CRM records.
