Position: Senior Business Unit Head (Plastic Welding)

Location: Mumbai (with frequent travel to West Zone, Andhra Pradesh, Kolkata, and Pune)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Unit Head to lead and grow our ultrasonic plastic welding, packaging, and textile business unit in the West Zone of India, as well as our branches in Andhra Pradesh, Kolkata, and Pune. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with robust leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the assigned regions.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the ultrasonic plastic welding, packaging, and textile sectors.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Business Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.




Actively seek out new clients and expand the customer base.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and service team.
Recruit and develop talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.
Set explicit performance goals and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work setting.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, service, and after-sales support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the capital equ
