We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Purchase Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in procurement and purchasing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information




Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality products
Collaborate with other departments to determine purchasing needs and budget constraints
Conduct market research to identify recent suppliers and products
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders or deliveries
Create and maintain purchase orders and other relevant documentation
Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and purchasing

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best
