Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Consumer Banking Group's special operations
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify prospects for process improvements and cutting-edge solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer experience
Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Group leadership on special projects and initiatives
Monitor and report on the performance of special operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions




Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Demonstrated expertise in project management, process optimization, and strategic planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and project management
