We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Integration Specialist to lead the integration of Litify, our Salesforce-based application, with WordPress and additional open-source platforms. This role involves analyzing requirements, planning, implementing integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between Litify, WordPress, and other applications within our tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litify Integration: Lead the integration of Litify with WordPress, ensuring seamless data synchronization, custom workflows, and compatibility with our existing technology stack.
• Salesforce Customization: Customize Salesforce and Litify components to meet specific business needs, including custom fields, objects, page layouts, and automation rules.
• API Integration: Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce/Litify and WordPress,



as well as other third-party and open-source applications.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Map and transform data between systems to ensure accurate data representation and business logic across integrated applications.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, including design, configuration, and maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform regular updates to ensure integrations remain functional and optimized.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful integration rollouts.
