n We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of the Architecture, Workplace Design, Interior Design, or Commercial Fit-out industry.
n If building meaningful client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth comes naturally to you, we'd love to connect.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Identify and develop new business opportunities across the architecture and workplace ecosystem.
n Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, architects, developers, and key decision-makers.
n Lead client discussions, presentations, and business negotiations.




n Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored workplace solutions.
n Drive revenue growth while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
n Maintain CRM records and provide regular business updates.
n What We're Looking For:
n Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Workplace Design, Commercial Fit-out, or related industry (Mandatory).
n Robust B2B sales and client relationship management experience.
n Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
n Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
