Position - HR Executive

Location - Gurgaon / Jaipur - 5.5 Days Working ( 5 Days WFO , 2 Sat WFH / 2 Sat Fixed Off )
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
● Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs
● Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
● Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support
● Assist in policy implementation, documentation, and compliance
● Coordinate induction, orientation, and employee lifecycle events

What We’re Looking For:
● 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in the tour & travel industry
● Solid understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring tools
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
● Solid organization and time management capabilities




● A team player with a people-first mindset and problem-solving approach
● Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
