Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Head for a reputed Manufacturing industry (Garment) at the Kolkata (Chandipur)location.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall production and operation of the Garment unit, optimizing on productivity, quality and delivery schedule.
Implement global operational standards and lean management
Set up product development section for recent product line
Develop trained manpower and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
Responsible to guide and develop a team of professionals to run the unit successfully through Quality audits and Customer audits
Address customer concerns and ensure customer delight
Ensure healthy IR setting and create a self motivated team of workforce




Support management with relevant business data & MIS
Ensure healthy P&L; for the unit's sustainability and growth.

Age - 45 - 55

Degree in Engineering
