Lead/Sr AI Engineer

Responsibilities

· Drive the AI roadmap in alignment with the companyâs strategic objectives.

· Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

· Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation, model explain ability, and data privacy.

· Champion AI governance frameworks to align with internal and external regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and domain experts to identify high-impact AI prospects.

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable solutions.

· Architect scalable AI pipelines for production-grade applications.

· Optimize inference performance,



model latency, and compute efficiency across cloud and edge environments.

· Implement robust model monitoring systems for drift detection, retraining, and feedback loops.

· Ensure AIOps/MLOps best practices for lifecycle management and versioning.

· Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions across multiple domains (e.g., computer vision, NLP, forecasting).

· Hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex).

· Track and report on the business value generated by AI initiatives (ROI, efficiency gains, etc.).

· Support in building business cases for AI investments.

· Designing and implementing AI and machine learning models to solve business problems
