As an HR Technology Workday Lead for US Payroll, Time & Absence, you will have the prospect to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Acting as the expert in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence,



specializing in advanced configuration of U.S. pay rules, accruals, eligibility, earnings/deductions, and time valuation.
Driving global deployment, optimization, and governance of US Payroll, Time, and Absence solutions, ensuring consistent design, compliance, best practices and documentation.
Translating complex union requirements, labor laws, and organizational policies into scalable system designs while ensuring audit controls and regulatory compliance.
Overseeing configuration quality, testing cycles, troubleshooting (gross‑to‑net, retro, accruals, integrations), and mentor HR Technology Analysts.
Partnering cross‑functionally to deliver enhancements, lead design workshops, manage stakeholder communication, and champion continuous improvement and user‑centric processes.
