Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Pune/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre booking systems and a strong background in the travel industry. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and travel insurance.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Amadeus and Sabre booking systems to research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for clients.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.




Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring prompt and skilled customer service.
Process payments and issue tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents accurately and efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Assist clients with changes or cancellations to their travel plans, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the booking process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the booking system.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
Proficiency in using Amadeus and Sabre booking systems is mandatory.
