Position: IT Recruiter (Internship)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team on an internship basis. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT positions within our client companies. You will work closely with our team of recruiters and account managers to understand the client's requirements and find the best candidates to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate's technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions




Manage candidate communication and provide timely and constructive feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Robust interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
The internship is based in UPPAL, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
This is an in-office position, not remote
