The Senior Developer (IAM Architecture) is responsible for architecting, developing, testing, and supporting data integration workflows between multiple internal and external (SaaS) systems (applications, identity providers, and other data sources) and R1 IAM systems, with an emphasis on Identity Providers (IdPs).



This position serves as a primary subject matter expert in IdP functionality and will work with both internal R1 infrastructure teams and external resources to design and build appropriate data flows. They will also take a hand-on approach by providing design proposals, scripting, and maintenance for enterprise IAM systems.

Essential Responsibilities
Design IAM data workflow solutions that fully implement business requirements and work within specifications to meet goals in a timely manner.
Support daily operation and troubleshooting of IAM systems and servers.
Monitor production IAM workflows for expected performance and responds to errors, emergencies and requests from the application or workflow owner.
Partner with enterprise software developers and technology partners to leverage existing infrastructure, systems, and processes to consistently meet deadlines.
Integrate strategies and solutions to improve data flow and analysis.
Develop automated solutions to regular IAM tasks.
