Job Summary:

The OOH Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing a team within the organization to ensure the achievement of both individual and collective goals. They guide and support team members, track performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The OOH Team Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service delivery,



optimizing business processes, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Additionally, the OOH Team Leader is instrumental in fostering a positive and team-oriented team workplace. They provide regular coaching and feedback, identify training needs, and implement development plans to enhance team skills and morale. By facilitating open communication and addressing any issues promptly, the OOH Team Leader ensures that team members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the organization’s objectives. They also act as a liaison between the team and upper management, representing team interests, and ensuring that team feedback is incorporated into strategic decision-making. Through effective leadership and proactive problem-solving, the Team Leader contributes to achieving the organization’s goals and enhancing overall team performance.
