Job Summary

The HRIS Data Analyst is a senior individual contributor role within the HRIS function, responsible for delivering advanced reporting, analytics, and data visualizations using the UKG platform. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and the HRIS team to translate complex business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, dashboards, and actionable insights.

This position requires solid HR domain knowledge,



deep analytical expertise, and hands-on experience with UKG reporting tools, including IBM Cognos Analytics and Power BI. The analyst operates independently, owning complex reporting solutions while supporting strategic HR decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics
Design, develop, and maintain complex HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations using UKG and IBM Cognos Analytics
Analyze workforce, compensation, turnover, compliance, and operational HR data to identify trends and insights
Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, repeatable reporting solutions
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all reporting outputs

Data Visualization & Storytelling
Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and UKG reporting tools
Apply data visualization best practices to present complex
