Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand job requirements and create explicit, detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and soft skills.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule technical, managerial, and final interviews.
Negotiate salary expectations and finalize offers.
Maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies (if needed).
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, conversion rates).
Stay updated on industry hiring trends for both IT and Non-IT sectors.




Support onboarding and documentation processes post-hire.

Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Strong understanding of different job profiles across domains (software development, marketing, sales, finance, operations, etc.).
Ability to understand technical skills and IT role requirements (like languages, frameworks, and tech stacks).
Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other sourcing tools.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
Organized and detail-oriented, with robust documentation and reporting skills.
Proficient in Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
Positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
