Job Description n The (Area) Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible to manage sub-territories and/or specific industry segments in a country.
n The ASM focuses on expanding sales by establishing solid relationships with existing and recent customers.
n Sales: Identify market opportunities and manage sales activities to achieve sales targets and profitable growth within the assigned area.
n External Sales Network: Manage and develop agents and distributors within the assigned area.
n Offer & Contract Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of complete and accurate technical and commercial offers in
n Collaboration with commercial, finance and technical sales support teams. The LSM is principally capable to independently handle technical pump selections and negotiate contracts, following the responsibilities as defined in the Sales Process.
n Hand-over to Order/Project Management:



Collaborate with the order/project management team for a smooth and complete project hand-over after a contract is awarded.
n Customer Relationship: Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure effective communication.
n Market intelligence: Identify opportunities in early stages and understand customer needs to develop effective solutions.
n Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and projects in CRM and support forecasting.
n Marketing: Support marketing activities within the assigned area.
n Availability for travels (min 10day's in month)
