Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and implementing the Financial Strategy of the company.
Establishing liaison with all major banks
Managing formalities for foreign trade like LC, advance license, DGFT matters, Forex, hedging etc.
Organize Funding at best possible terms for the organization
Spearhead all JV, mergers and acquisitions for the organization
Qualification: CA.
Candidates Profile :

Hardworking
Previous experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Banking and accounts to be overseen.
