Ezycolour Contractor Associate

Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, supervising assigned sites, and managing day-to-day activities at the Ezy Colour Dealer Shop. The role requires robust customer interaction skills, effective product pitching, and coordination with the dealer.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads into successful sales.
Supervise sites and ensure smooth workflow.
Work from the Ezy Colour Dealer Shop and report directly to the dealer.
Handle walk-in customers and pitch products effectively.
Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
Follow up with customers and address their queries.
Collect feedback and payments from converted sites.
Generate current leads through local activation and field activities.

Skills & Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (minimum 50% marks throughout academics; no year gaps).

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Age: Must be within 25 years.

Other Requirements:
Bike is mandatory.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid sales and pitching ability.
