Position: Senior Business Unit Head (Ultrasonic Cleaning)

Location: Mumbai (with frequent travel to West Zone, Andhra Pradesh, Kolkata, and Pune)

About the Role:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Senior Business Unit Head to lead and grow our ultrasonic cleaning business unit in the West Zone of India, as well as our branches in Andhra Pradesh, Kolkata, and Pune. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with solid leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the assigned regions.
Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities within the ultrasonic cleaning sector.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Business Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Actively seek out new clients and expand the customer base.




Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and service team.
Recruit and develop talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work setting.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, service, and after-sales support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the capital equipment industry, preferably in ultrasonic cleaning or relat
