The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for welcoming walk-in customers, capturing accurate customer details, understanding their basic requirements, and coordinating with designers/sales staff to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.
· Accurately record customer details (name, contact number, requirements, source of enquiry, etc.
· Understand customer requirements and preferences at a basic level
· Introduce and coordinate customers with the appropriate designer or sales personnel
· Update walk-in customer data in the systems.
· Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information
· Act as a coordination point between customers, designers, and sales teams
· Ensure customer waiting areas are organized and presentable
· Assist in basic administrative and front-desk tasks when required
· Maintain skilled conduct and grooming standards at all times
Skills & Competencies:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer-centric attitude with a polite and calm approach.
· Previous work experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
1–2 years of experience in customer handling, front desk, retail, or service roles in hospitality industry.
· Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered
· Requires standing and interacting with customers for extended periods at the store
· Monthly Salary will be between 25000 to 30000 per month depending upon the experience & the opening is for Santacruz Store & candidates residing in western suburb areas with prior experience in hospitality industry are preferred.
