About the Role

We are setting up recent state-of-the-art feed manufacturing facilities at Vijayawada and Jaipur and are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead civil works, utilities, and plant commissioning. The role involves end-to-end project execution of greenfield feed manufacturing units, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. Prior experience in setting up Green Field Projects in Process Industry , Feed, Fertilizer or FMCG etc.
Project Planning & Execution
Lead civil construction, utilities, and plant setup activities for greenfield feed manufacturing units.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
Plant Commissioning
Supervise installation and commissioning of process equipment, utilities, and support infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.




Conduct trial runs, testing, and handover of facilities to operations teams.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with civil, electrical, and mechanical contractors.
Monitor contractor performance against milestones and SLAs.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, production, EHS, and finance.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with local authorities for project approvals and clearances.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Project Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in Greenfield projects (preferably feed, food, fertilizer, or process
