n Zinque Boutique Patisserie is a cloud-based French patisserie located in Bandra West, Goregaon West & Lower Parel West Mumbai. We are an egg- free patisserie specialising in Entremets, cakes, Chocolates and croissants .

n Role Description
n This is a full time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience, and presenting Zinque's products with care and professionalism. Additional tasks may include maintaining customer relationships, Maintain customer records & follow-ups and addressing feedback effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
n Qualifications
n n Robust customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
n Proficiency in Customer Service Management and handling customer inquiries
n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
n Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenging situations
n Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
n Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
n Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
n Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n Basic computer knowledge
n n MONTHLY SALARY : 15000 per month
